I found that the x86 and x64 drivers must have the same name and if you have installed the PCL x86 drivers then you must install PCL x64 drivers. Since I can't find an HP x64 driver for the printer whose name matches exactly Windows won't let me add one to the existing share. It seems Print Management is only available for Windows Server 2003.   Any more help would be appreciated...
